Contract Status Icons in Brother MPS: Instant Clarity at a Glance 10 septembre 2025 10 octobre 2025 5 min de lecture 10 septembre 2025 10 octobre 2025 5 min de lecture Colour-coded indicators make it easier than ever to monitor contract health and device connectivity. Introduction We’re excited to announce a new visual enhancement to the Brother MPS system that gives channel partners a faster, clearer way to assess the status of each customer contract. With the introduction of contract status icons, you’ll now see a colour-coded indicator next to each agreement—helping you instantly understand the connectivity status of devices within that contract. Here’s what each colour means: 🟢 Green – Everything is working as expected. All devices are connected and reporting normally. 🟠 Orange – One or more devices may be silent. This could be due to temporary issues or early signs of disconnection. 🔴 Red – One or more devices are definitely silent and not reporting. Immediate attention may be needed. 🔵 Blue – No devices are currently connected. This may be a Level Pay contract or a setup that hasn’t started yet. This feature is designed to help you: ✅ Quickly identify contracts that need attention ✅ Prioritise support and follow-up actions ✅ Improve customer satisfaction through proactive service ✅ Save time by avoiding manual checks Whether you're managing dozens or hundreds of contracts, these icons provide a simple, intuitive way to stay on top of your portfolio and deliver better service with less effort.
