A streamlined experience for installers using screens with 1080p or lower resolution

Introduction

We’re pleased to announce a small, but important, usability improvement to the Device Swap process within our MPS platform. Previously, installers using screens with a resolution of 1920×1080 or lower often missed the final step of the swap process due to the “Complete installation” button being hidden further down the screen. This led to incomplete installations and unnecessary support calls. 

With the August 2025 update, the device swap interface has been redesigned and split into two fully visible pages: 

Screen #1: Connect the device and click “Next.”

Screen #2: Enter page counts and click “Complete installation.”

This change ensures that no scrolling is required, making the process clearer and more intuitive for installers. It’s a small tweak with a big impact—reducing errors and improving the overall experience.
