Reports Date Selector

Introduction

Downloading reports from the Brother MPS system just got easier and faster. Until now, when you downloaded reports, the system included all available data—often going back years. This meant large files, long wait times, and extra work to find the most relevant information. 

With the Date Filter function, users can now define a From and To date before downloading reports. This enhancement ensures that only data within the selected range is included in the download. Whether it’s devices, supply orders, contracts, service requests, or commission reports, you now have precise control over the time period of data you need.

By default, the system will prepare reports covering the past year, but you can easily adjust the range to suit your requirements. The result is faster downloads, smaller files, and easier analysis.

Please note the following:

Dealer report
The date filter will not be used (this is because the dealer report only contains the date information of when the dealer was created with no additional data, therefore, applying the date filter serves no purpose.

Devices report
The date filter will use the “Installation” value stored in the MPS system.

Supplies order report
The date filter will use the “Order date” value stored in the MPS system.

Contract report
The date filter will use the “DateCreated” value stored in the MPS system.

Service request report
The date filter will use the “ServiceLogDate” value stored in the MPS system.

Commission report
The date filter will use the “BillingDate” value stored in the MPS system.
