Brother MPS System Multiple Installer Email Entries

A simple but powerful update that makes onboarding devices easier than ever for resellers and customers.

We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to the Brother MPS system that’s designed with flexibility and scalability in mind. Until now, resellers could only enter a single email address when setting up a customer to connect their Brother printers to the MPS system. While this worked for smaller deployments, it often created bottlenecks for larger organisations or teams with shared responsibilities.

With the latest update, you can now enter up to 10 email addresses during the setup process. This means multiple stakeholders—whether they’re in IT, procurement, or facilities—can receive the connection instructions and take action without relying on a single point of contact.

  • Faster Onboarding: No more delays waiting for one person to forward connection details.
  • Improved Collaboration: Multiple team members can now coordinate setup and support.

How to use it?

To start using this feature, simply navigate to the device connection section in the MPS portal and enter up to 10 email addresses (seperated by a semi colon ;) in the "Installer Email" section. It’s that easy.
